Aux Pipalottes Gourmandes

So good nice area in Paris delicious dessert and food was fantastic. Definitely recommend to come to pipalottes

Very nice sandwich stop for us, nice selection of side salads and various sandwiches. We had Tomato-Avocado salad with a unique Basque corn flatbread veal sandwich. Sandwich tasted good but was a little dry. There is a small room in the back where you are welcome to sit down, they offered us water. Friendly service. Limited English speaking ability but we managed. This was mainly a sandwich shop with their bigger restaurant next door. Very close to our Hotel and certainly a local spot, no tourists around. :)

Service was great, food was even better. We had a small sharing dish, dessert and wine. The food was excellent even by Parisian standards and the server was helpfull and nice. The cafe is situated in a small side street, so you feel like you get away from the worst tourist tracks for an hour or two. Highly recommended.

I've been several times to Aux Pipalottes Gourmandes. The service is rough, it's true, but the food and products they sell keep me coming back. I love to stop in here for stuffed peppers, a piece of quiche, a sweet treat or something small to bring along on a picnic or over to a friend's house for dinner. They have so many delicious dishes, based on French, Italian or Mediterranean cuisine and their selection of desserts is awe-inspiring. I find that it's a bit overpriced, but I can't stop coming back for more!
