Really bad service, workers are very rude and prices are way to expensive for the quality

Everything I've bought here I've loved! That being said, there aren't many things I find that I'm absolutely ready to buy. Some of the clothes are a bit strange, but good quality from my experience.

WHAT I LOVED:

Very little sadly. When I bought my clothing, the staff were exceptionally helpful and went out of their way to accommodate me. However, when I needed to return it 48 hours later, because I was already having problems, they were rude, unaccommodating and unfriendly.

Style - The clothing looks cute, but that's about it.

Location - Two stores on Oxford Street. One closer to Marble Arch station, the other next to Oxford Circus. Both open at Noon on Sunday though.

OPPORTUNITIES FOR GROWTH:

Quality - I bought a pair of shoes and jeggings, and fair enough, you usually get what you pay for. They each ran about £20-25. I returned the pants the following day because the zipper kept sliding down on the side. There was no button and the pants were actually slightly too big at the waste, so size wasn't the issue.

The shoes I bought must have been caught on something and the material tore the first night I wore them and I'd only had them on for a meeting and a tube ride home (about 2 hours total).

I tried returning the shoes, not because of the tear, but because they cut my feet so bad that they were almost bleeding. For a heavy night of drinking and partying, I could perhaps tolerate this. For a 0.5 mile walk and tube ride, I could not.

Service - I joked and said Nordstrom should host a management training course and invite their team. But thinking more seriously about it, I don't think the idea is half bad. When building a brand, sometimes you have to consider long-term business. What's more of a loss to the company, returning a £25 pair of shoes that tore on the first night or losing a customers business permanently?

I've taken worn, used shoes back to Nordstrom that incurred a small scratch or a tear months after I bought them and didn't have the receipt. They looked up my card info in their system and gave me a full refund. This is why for over 15 years, I've had no problem going into their store and spending hundreds and thousands of dollars on merchandise. Their quality is great, but the thing that really brings me back is their service, the way they do business and treat their customers.

I do hope they improve. Until then, I probably won't be back.

This is a gret shop to find cheap and fashion clothes! I recently buy a good quality and nice jacket for only £20. There is a large choice of clothes, from a casual to a smart style. You can't miss it!

Bershka is linked to the Spanish Zara chain, and is similar to their younger range they do. You can definitely pick up high fashion items, such as wet look leggings (which were £12!) at a low price. The denim also looks nice again, though the last time I visited, I didn't think they had many dressy clothes, just casual stuff. I think the sizes can come up a bit small, due to the smaller, younger European customer they cater to, which can be annoying at times. It is definitely worth a visit though, to pick up bits to combine with stuff from other shops.

I don't even want to give this store 1 star. I bought 7 items online, tried them on and hated all of them (the quality was appalling). I took the 7 items back to the store and gave the carrier bag of clothes to the cashier for a full refund. The guy serving me had pink hair and was chatting away to his colleague next to him, not paying any attention to me what so ever. There was no system, he just tipped the clothes out. He gave me my receipt which didn't have a total on it. I asked him if he scanned through 7 items and he said yes. I left as I was in a rush to go somewhere. 5 minutes later and 5 minutes too late, I received the 'refund email' and realized he only scanned through 6 items. I was so angry. I didn't have time to go back to the store. I've called up Bershka customer services and have complained. I really really hope I get to the bottom of this. Berskha- Hire people who care and have good social skills. That was a waste of my time! I have no proof unless you check the CCTV which won't happen as no crime was committed.

Good clothes and many floor compared to France. But the clothes are almost the same as in France. That's why I haven't seen anything new in this store !

i was shopping in this store on 25 march 2011 with one of my male friend who like to dress up like female,after he choose a really nice dress we when up to men fitting room and is no staff there so he just when in and try it,after that he ask me to take another dress to let him try because the dress is to tight,just after i am giving him the dress one of the male staff name MATTHEW(black guy with long hair)came in and pull his changing room curtain and ask him in very rude face,how many dress you taking while my friend still naked.also he not allowed me to just look at my friend dress and said my friend should come out from the room if he need friend to look at the dress,so that time we try to complaint to the manager but she refuse to ask the staff who's name MATTHEW to say sorry.But she and the staff at the till did say sorry but not MATTHEW.
