Dominic our waiter was fantastic and very sweet, we spoke some Spanish , a bit of French and English so we could communicate and it was a lot of fun!! Ambience was traditional French and was cool! - 14 déc. 2022
Don't be fooled by the average rating. This is an excellent place to taste a delicious French sea foods near Champs-Elysees. On our way to the French Rivera, we stopped by at this restaurant recommended by the hotel concierge staff & loved it. It was such an elegant place in a classic pre WWII setting with an efficient service, variety of wine selections, delicious foods at a reasonable cost. We had two appetizers ( including the local caviars with glasses of champagne , main dishes , see the pictures, with a half a bottle of Sancerre wine including the service fee under 200 euros for two! No desserts as we were too full to eat anymore. Try this restaurant while you are in Paris !

Great spot in Paris if you love seafood.
The staff is very welcoming and friendly.
We had the escargot as an appetizer (fantastic) and the salad with hericots vert and tomato.
For entrees we had mussels and sole meunière.
The wine list is good.
The seafood towers are extraordinary.
We ended with sorbet.
Perfect meal.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - 883058683 mai 2022Avis mis à jour
Despite an average of 3.5 stars I thought it was simply wonderful . The seafood towers here are amazing
I love how they have land and sea snails and all kinds of delicacies you would not find in the states. The bistro style service is the kind that doesn't rush you but always happy to explain whatever it is you need when being askedHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 019 avr. 2022Avis précédentWe got there super late and waited at the bar for a drink each before being seated. Ordered the seafood royal deluxe for one ( definitely big enough to share between two people) monkfish medallion and scallop carpaccio
So good! - Sophia S.Duluth, États-Unis072730 mai 2023
Mussels in coconut green curry broth were best I've ever had. Complementary bread was delicious, and their balsamic vinegar for dipping with olive oil was divine! Snails were a hit. French sole was cooked perfectly and tasty. Portions are small, however. Restaurant itself is very nice and beautiful.

Has unfortunately gone way down. Meals are overpriced for quality and service is terrible.
Particularly awful to foreigners!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Kevin D.Manhattan, États-Unis65928 mars 2018
This has been a Paris staple since before WW2. (Because of its Franco-German name, it was said to have been a favorite of the Nazis when they occupied Paris).
The food is classic French, with their escargot and soupe des poisson being exceptional starters. I happen to believe that their steak tartare is amongst the best in this city.. and that is saying something. If you have space, you must have their chocolate profiteroles.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - 25 mai 2015
Recommended by a new acquaintance and glad for it. This was our first night in Paris and we were in the area and walking back toward the Champs Elysees. We sat outside and enjoyed the people watching. Our server was very busy but maintained a reasonable amount of contact with us. We shared an enormous (600g) piece of sole cooked in butter and served with lemon. Rice pilaf accompanied the dish. The sole was fresh, delicate and delicious. Other diners around us were enjoying shellfish (oysters, lobster, etc.) and beef (large tenderloins cooked quite rare). We weren't interested in such a heavy meal and we got exactly what we wanted. Great atmosphere; a happening place; attentive service. A solid recommendation.
