The crepes here are to die for. Easily some of the best in Paris. The savory galettes are delicious (the Park Avenue is my favorite), and the special, unique-to-this-place sweet crepes are incredibly good! The only thing preventing this place from getting a 5 is the service. It can be a little unfriendly at times, and occasionally it takes a while. But the food is well worth enduring a server's poor mood!! Crepe excellence!!

Great little crepe place in St. Germaine Des Pres. It has a New York City theme for some reason, but the food is delicious and authentic. Order fermented apple cider by the pitcher, its a cooling treat to wash down the yummy crepe action.

My husband and I came here twice since it was conveniently located just around the corner from our hotel. The first time we both had a savory crepe. His had ground beef, like burger meat in it which didn't sound authentic to me, but he's French and he used to have that type of crepe growing up. I had the mushroom, lardon crepe which was delicious. Oh he loved his crepe too. We also shared a large pitcher of brut apple cider. It was a little much for the two of us but I was very satisfied.
2nd time we has sweet crepes. Husband LOVED the apple one while I was craving caramel I got the one with toasted almonds. It was sweet, probably too sweet. It's the next day and I still feel full. I did try to balance out the sweet crepe with a salad though.
Small restaurant. We got the the lovely window seat where little children stopped to admire our crepes.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Leslie R.San Jose, États-Unis21241217 oct. 2015Avis mis à jour
Sometimes old favorites disappoint but that wasn't the case with City Crepes. The galettes were thin and nicely crispy at the edges. The Soho (emmenthal cheese, chicken, mushrooms and creme fraiche) was fantastic. Service was very fast. We'll be back!

The service was OK, both times we were there the server spoke English willingly. We had to wait to get our check, and they ask you to pay at the register.

I have been going to this restaurant since it opened in August of 2006. The owner is a really nice guy and he obviously takes a great deal of pride in his establishment. And, for me, that is part of the fun of going there. I always end up getting The Wall Street.
There is a large upstairs so I have never been turned away even after 2030.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Talita J.Somset, Royaume-Uni0421 juil. 2016
Great crêpes and gallettes- pretty traditionally French so don't be fooled by the American flag! Prices not too bad, downstairs a little cramped but worth it! Yum!

We had the croque du berger and park avenue crepe. The portions were really good. My husband loves cheese so he enjoyed it a lot. I found it was too much cheese compared to everything else. It felt really heavy and I wasn't able to finish my plate. I really enjoyed their hot chocolate drink. It wasn't too sweet and really fragrant. I would probably prefer eating here for lunch over dinner.

We lived next door for awhile. We could walk in and they would say "the usual?" It was like our Cheers. Best crepes in Paris. Seriously. Best. Crêpe sucres with salted caramel is to die for. very inexpensive and on the best block in Paris!

We lucked into such good choices to start that on our subsequent returns, we haven't explored much of the menu. Soho crepe is amazing, as was a new addition I think called the Park Avenue, with mozzarella, chicken, tomato and pesto. For desert, the Danton is a caramel/almond crepe that's out of this world: we'll be salivating thinking about it till our next trip here.
Decor is pleasant but not fancy, casual dress, and low prices for the area. View is just out on the little tourist street, no great shakes.
Waitress is very pleasant and helpful.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0
