I came here after my husband did some research on where to buy natural wine on Long Island. The owner was very friendly and guided me to choose two natural wines based on our taste. Both were a great price point. We have only drank one bottle so far but we're not disappointed as it was very refreshing. Really pleased it was organic and free of any sulfates etc. Not to mention the store is immaculate and beautiful with lots of unique finds. Great place to find a special gift. I also bought an organic tequila to try. We will be back next time we're in the area!

Official unofficial sponsor of Yankees Fireside Chat. Cold Spring Harbor Wine Shoppe is an impressive recent find while on my way home from the office. Pass by all the time and decided I needed something to relax with. Top shelf wine shop. The hundreds and hundreds of YFC fans do indeed know we enjoy smaller production cares for wines. Go mow the lawn Barefoot and Cupcake! We don't want your swill! In addition to a few standard items, this store carries a great selection of high quality and obscure wines, wines most stores don't carry. Very friendly staff and a clean organized well maintained sales floor. Very cozy shop that is well decorated. Definitely recommend to those willing to pay a little more for unique items. Will be stoping by weekly to explore their great selections.

The mad Russian and I stopped in after having a nice brunch downtown and wanted a bottle or three to take home for a warm afternoon by the fire. Rather than go driving around in the rain, we used the yelp app and were reminded of this little gem right in the neighborhood.
The first thing that you notice when walking inside is just how neat and clean the store is. Everything is so organized and CLEAN! Shelves are labeled clearly with a price range and bottles are assorted by red or white within those areas. We found it so easy to shop. I was surprised that on a rainy Sunday afternoon, the store had so many customers.
Tucked away toward the back and left is a small assortment of hard liquor and aperitifs to prevent you from having to travel somewhere else for, say, a bottle of vodka or Chambord. But this is primarily a wine store. There is a tasting room and educational center upstairs but I can't comment on that since we didn't go up.
I'm guessing that the nice man behind the counter was the owner. He asked us if we needed any help. Had we been shopping for a gift, that would have been helpful -but for this trip it wasn't needed. For sure, when we are in the little town of Cold Spring Harbor, we will come back and become a customer once more.Helpful 14Thanks 0Love this 7Oh no 0 - 28 févr. 2015
Sexy, quaint & mature place to select new wines, at all price points, without the posturing. Extremely inviting layout, tastings and graciousness of staff. Ms. Nan is cool, beautiful, inside & out, knowledgeable & helpful! We were there a while & bought a boatload of wines & liquors & she managed my agglomeration of questions, while swiftly, but attentively, serving other customers. Even Brodie, the chill English Lab, was congenial. DEFINITELY RETURNING!
The "under $20" table is extremely helpful.many customers, self included, grabbed a ton from the table.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Matt F.Rockville Centre, États-Unis41387010 juin 2016
This place is great. We recently popped in here on Memorial Day around 3 pm as we were meandering around the town. I wasn't expecting much, maybe a few crappy Long Island wines, but for the size of this place they had some pretty awesome stock. The whiskey/scotch/bourbon shelf had some really really rare bottles, including a $2800 bottle of Michters 20 year aged bourbon. They had some awesome Napa wines too, including Caymus, Orin Swift, and Stags Leap. We actually grabbed a bottle of Orin Swift Palermo, which was a decent price. For whites, they also had flowers Chardonnay, which isn't exactly easy to find. My father-in-law actually considered creating his own case of 3 bottles of L Cabernet (which he said he was shocked to find as he hasn't seen it anywhere else in years) and 3 bottles of Flowers Chardonnay, to which the guy in charge told him he'd give him 10% off. Instead the guy helped him pick out two nice, reasonably priced bottles of Chianti. He even gave us a free American Whiskey tasting when we were checking out. Place is clean, fresh, and looks very bright and new. I highly recommend stopping in her to grab a nice bottle of wine for a gift or for yourself on a special occasion. They will likely have any great bottle you are craving, and if not, they can order it for you. This is now my go to wine shop.

We stopped by the new Wine Shoppe on CSH Main Street. Andrew, the new owner, is very pleasant and helpful. They are offering free tastings of most wines and the shop is really appealing with a very homey feeling. They seem to have a nice collection with a large table featuring bottles under $20 for all tastes. Looks like a nice new addition to a small town with too many kitschy boutiques. There is ample parking two doors down in the village parking lot.
