Cook'n with Class is a convivial cooking school nestled in the heart of Montmartre, Paris where you can discover French culture through a unique culinary experience. Our Professional Chefs teach Morning & Evening Classes with a visit to the local market and Desserts, Baking, Macaron, Bread making & Cake Decorating classes. We propose small classes for only 5-6 students in English so that everyone can get hands-on and enjoy the fun while learning a variety of recipes to recreate at home. Come and join us for a delicious, educational experience!
Classes also available in Chinese, Spanish, Italian

Entreprise fondée en 2007
Chef Eric Fraudeau, with 20 years of restaurant and hotel industry experience under his belt, has rubbed aprons with the likes of Robuchon, Ducasse and travelled the world promoting his love of all that makes you go "ooh la la". Now the creator of the unique cooking school in Montmartre where he hopes you will get addicted to French food and get hands-on with the Cook'n With Class experience.

With a unique Parisian design the school welcomes you in two classrooms in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. The maximum number of students per classroom is 5-6 so that everyone can get hands-on and enjoy the fun.
Eric Fraudeau's team of French and international Chefs bring a wealth of experience and a real passion for cooking that is contagious.
In the Morning and Evening class menu's are spontaneous and created on the day, at the market.
Like in a fine dining restaurant you will learn how to create an exquisite menu, select top quality produce from the market.
At the end of the hands-on cooking session, we sit down around the cosy dining table and enjoy the 4-course meal together including a fine selection of cheeses from the market and some great wine taking our time to discuss the recipes, the life in France and savor the exquisite food.
All of our classes end with sweet wine to appreciate true French hospitality!
