Dollar N Things

I loved this store and the owners were so kind. I will miss this store.
I would go there weekly and pick up a few things, from foil pans, cards, wrap, gum, calendars. holiday supplies. It was big and offered everything the usual dollar stores offer, I believe it was 1.17 per item which was cheaper than the dollar trees 1.25 but the couple that worked there were so kind & Im sorry to see them go. I wish I knew if they relocated, I would definitely give them my business.

Unfortunately I just got ripped off at this store. I have shopped here many times, usually for basic party supplies, which is what I was doing again today. Purchased 27 items. Signage all over the place says everything is $1.09. When it rang up to $44 I asked the cashier if some things are more than $1.09 he said no everything is $1.09, I questioned why it came to $44 he said tax. I expressed doubt but wasn't going to whip out the calculator and argue with the cashier. So the result is I just won't ever shop here again. He knew what he had done. I pointed it out. He didn't take the opportunity to correct his total. Future sales lost.
(The receipt does not show subtotal, tax, total) it's just the total number that the cashier personally decides to type in.)

This store just charged me for a bag. I told clerk the bag charge is for Suffolk county not Nassau she told me it is New York State and complain if I don't like it.I will be complaining to the country about this store

Its a below average dollar store in a below average mall. What more can I say? They have most of the usual sub par merch that any dollar store has.

Great dollar store with friendly employees. Always amazed at what I can find there for a buck! Very clean and organized.
