Embellish Nails & Boutique

I have been going to Embellish on Westlake for more than 10 years. Mary Sanchez has taken such excellent care of me. However, Jay, who works at the front desk, is amazing. He is always upbeat, kind, helpful. I watch him stay busy the entire time I am there keeping everything ship shape. He is a bright light in my day when I arrive.

My husband and I came from out of town. Our resort didn't have nail services so we looked for something nearby. We loved our experience here! My gel lasted longer than any other place I've been. The stying and set-up of the services was better than anything in my hometown! I'd definitely go back again. It was a great experience.

I had a great pedicure this morning by Stephanie. They offered me water, hot tea and M&Ms (not sure if that's always or because Halloween is around the corner). I also got a heated weighted thing for my shoulders. Everyone was really nice and they even have a gift section with tons of cute stuff. I will be back!

The nail shop was cute, attentive, had great colors, and friendly service. My only disappointment was that they didn't have the massage chairs for a pedi. They had recliners instead. It was a cute shop and I'll likely be back.

I had a terrible experience here. I received a gift certificate here for my birthday and brought along my daughter for mani/pedis together. I have psoriasis on a toenail, and the nail tech was rude and kept asking if it was contagious. I get asking once, but she kept pushing it. I assured her it was an autoimmune disease and not contagious, but she continued to hammer me. She said another client has psoriasis on her foot, and it is disgusting.

She was rough with filing my nails, and when I asked if she could be more gentle she raised her voice and said she already was being gentle. The rest of the pedicure passed in hostile silence. When I thanked her at the end of the service, she glared at me and said nothing in return.

I have never had such an appalling and condescending service experience -- unbelievable, especially at such an expensive establishment.

Great place to get a mani/pedi or shop in the boutique. Get the Embellished pedicure and you won't regret it. Once you go here you won't want to go anywhere else again!

Not one to leave reviews but so frustrated with the lack of attention and customer service/professionalism. The front desk employee was watching a movie on a laptop/ipad and eating her lunch while I was checking out and in return did not ever hand me back my credit card back after the purchase. I am annoyed because it's a small shop and I was the only one in the boutique side - so I would have appricated if she could have paused what she was doing while I was checking out. This was a MAJOR inconvience for me as I was going out of the country the next day and did not realize the card was gone until I was no longer in Austin a few hours late.

I get mistakes happen however, let's try to stay professional while clients are in the store?! I worked at a boutique just down the street on bee cave last year and we were able to eat in the back if really needed and management requested no phones in the front..... Pretty simple! Have tried calling the place multiple times to get my card back and make sure it's there but no answer. Thanks... will not be returning.

My wife comes here to get her nails done but I was here to get a gift card. I walked inside to see a boutique store and ladies getting pampered. I browsed the store items and found a few stocking stuffers. The staff working here are very friendly. They do couple services with champagne, so I need to return with my wife for a romantic outing

Great location near my home and office. I treated a friend here for her bday as it seemed a little more high brow than my typical nail salon. Our techs were very sweet, but honestly- I prefer the massage chairs and foot spa. These were the most expensive mani/pedi I've had besides at the Belagio in LV. Sadly both my friends and my shellac are peeling and chipping on day 6. We are both very careful and wear gloves to do dishes etc. my gel nails at PKN last me two weeks or more for much less expense and I get a massage chair. Cute boutique and nice staff, but their polish doesn't last.

Clean and most of the techs I've tried are great! It's definitely worth spending a little more money for a cleanly place that's sanitary and does good work. They are very conservative with cutting your cuticles. Their staff is nice and inviting.
