DELICIOUS food and friendly employees!! I ate my food so fast that I couldn't even grab a photo. Thankfully, was able to snap a picture of the tasty Raspberry Cheesecake that was in the display case. In the end, I caved and ended up ordering a slice. I'm so so glad that I did! It was creamy and the berries were so fresh. Perfect way to finish my meal.
For my fellow English speakers, the employees are very patient and most of them speak English as well. I was very appreciative of that because I know very little French. Thankfully, they were very sweet and understanding. They really tried to make sure we were getting exactly what we ordered. Unfortunately, we were missing an order of fries from our takeout order but other than that, everything was really great! Especially the Creamy Spicy Chicken Sandwich. The spicy sauce they top it with is absolutely incredible!
I really love this casual eatery! My meal was delicious and the employees were so warm and inviting. They were super busy so it's obvious that people love their food! If you find yourself in Bercy Village, you HAVE to stop by.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - E C.Gig Harbor, États-Unis348562 juin 2017
Went here and was not disappointed. Burger were very good.
Fries were crinkle cut and could have been warmer.
Cheese cake was great for dessert!
A little taste of home in Paris, and for those who need it, they speak English.
If your stuck in one of the mega Tour hotels in the area, this is an easy walk for very good food.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Tyler H.Wichita Falls, États-Unis11139 juin 2018
Amazing burgers and the Oreo cheesecake was to die for. I would eat there for ever meal if I could.
The staff was very friendly and courteous, my French was awful but wasn't a problem at all.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Vince P.Philadelphie, États-Unis13682 août 2017
First place I purchased food on vacation. The fries were generic. The sandwich and coffee were pretty good. The service was also good. The coffee order was botch but fixed quickly once they noticed the error.

I FINALLY FOUND....
THE WORST CHEESECAKE EVER! It was a hard competition trust me I have had many bad cheesecakes in France but Factory & Co is definitely the winner. I mean if we can call this a cheesecake... It's sandy, it tastes like old creme fraiche, it's just terrible! Junior's in Brooklyn would just cry over this. I gave it two stars for the crinkle cut fries. You can find a good cheesecake at B&M (82 avenue Parmentier).Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - T T.South Windsor, États-Unis591114 avr. 2017
Nice place for a quick bite to eat and don't want to deal with being all proper at a nice restaurant. Meals comes with burger, fries or coleslaw, drink, and dessert. I didn't try the bagels so can't comment on that. You have to pay a bit extra for the fancier desserts. The burgers and desserts were good. Fries were just okay. It was pretty busy when we came at night but that's the whole area in Bercy Village also.

Burgers on Bagels w/ Bacon, Oh MY! The burger was good but the caramelized bacon and sautéed onions made it almost orgasmic. They need to work on their fries, the shape and portion are fine but, maybe seasoning will help? I also had a brownie which was better when I took it home warmed it and topped it with icecream; Will be going back if for nothing else the Southwestern burger on an onion bagel; my class mate enjoyed the NYburger as well! It is tied with the burger I had by school!

There are better bagels in Paris; and they are certainly on the pricier side IMO.
Menus start at 12€ and include a bagel, small dessert, soft drink and fries, however the menu price goes up depending on your bagel, dessert, and any other "extras"... It gets a bit complicated to look at.
Bon, the bagels are ok, nothing amazing. I don't find the fillings particularly enticing but there is something for everyone. Salad wise- they are HUGE, enough to share easily and delicious.
The cheesecakes are delicious, many different flavors available like Mars bar, snickers, Oreo etc (+3/4€ to your menu!).
Service is great, like they do in anglophone countries, where you get a buzzer and when it buzzes your food is ready and you go and collect it. Nice to avoid hanging about waiting as you can sit and chill at a table. I wish more places in Paris would use this system.
Overall it's a great little place for a cheesecake or salad before your cinema séance but that's it.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Gal M.Saint-Michel/Odéon, Paris10057726 déc. 2013
For an American bagel joint in france this isn't bad, but I must say that despite the really good menu and the creative ideas the bagels are just not the quality they need to be.
I wish there were more types of bagels and for some reason the bagels at this place, and in Paris in General just aren't like in the US.
Regardless, it was good and what's inside the bagel is great. Furthermore the desserts (especially the brownie and cookie) are really great! Wash it down with a sweet overdose of Arizona ice tea and you're all set to hit the movie theater!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
