DIRTY BUMS that work here! They try and steal packages! Was told I could come pickup my package and when I arrived ghey wouldnt give it to me which was shocking cause UPS doesnt do that. Also was told if I go home someone will deliver it no one came. Then had to reroute it to a walgreens.Yall gota stay on it cause ppl be broke and be wanting to steal..ONLY fedex location I couldnt get my package from weird asl

Worse customer service I've ever had to deal with. They have 1 number for any & everything. Also A.I is dominant and useless. Oh and get this, by the time you actually get a live agent, boom, your speaking with a lyin' asshole from the Philippines who could care less about your issues. They read a script so much it's obvious they aren't listening to the actual problem. I will be telling all of my colleagues at the State of Illinois about this horrible customer service and to avoid this shit Operation at all costs

they said i was unavailable so they didn't leave my package but then they said they left it at the nearest pickup center to my home. i went there and they had not left it there so now i don't know where my package is.

My package is a week late. Come to find out the returned my order to the sender. The reason they gave was because my address was invalid. My address is very valid they drive was lazy and didn't wanna walk my drive way!

I was waiting all day for my package to arrive. I left very specific delivery instructions so that my package wouldn't get stolen

I had to drive to this shipping center. The only reason I feel my package wasn't stolen by this delivery driver is that the nice woman at the counter was diligent enough to keep putting calls in to me. It was I who kept calling in to fed ex because the delivery driver kept putting in reasons she couldn't deliver my package. First, the address was invalid even though it has been a house here since the '60s! Then she said there was a caution sign on my road saying there was black ice. I will have to say this is the absolute worst experience I've ever had with FED-EX and don't ever want to use them again!!! I would not recommend that driver! As far as the rest of them, they are doing a great job. But until this situation is rectified, I can not and will not change this review!!!

The driver delivered my package to someone else and said someone signed for it and they will five me the package.

The absolute Worst, if you need a priority package, make sure it's not shipped through this fedex

This FedEx is full of thieves I don't receive any important mail or packages and when your tracking them they just say deliverd and I got cameras ring door bells and my credit cards has been used! Wow not once but several times for mounts the delivers there suck!

I was waiting for a certified check via FedEx Next Day from Des Plaines IL to Frankfort IL, (approximate 55 miles). Check went out 5/2/19--was sent to Nashville, TN on 5/3/19. By the time it finally made it back to the Land of Lincoln, they managed to deliver it to the wrong address twice. Finally got it yesterday. If I could give these morons a 1/2 Star I would. Idiots from top to bottom. This must be where people work whose relatives couldn't get them government jobs.
