In Paris - me and the kids (adults) stopped in for a look and to buy our collectibles. We sat at the bar and had a burger and a beer. Bartender was entertaining had good stories. Walked
around to check out all the cool memorabilia on the walls. I'm late getting these out from the trip

This is one of our favorite Hard Rock locations around the world. Although we try to avoid being too touristy, sometimes after a week or more abroad, you just need a hamburger or nachos and Hard Rock always delivers a reliable meal. One of the great things about this location in particular is that the service is excellent. The service around Paris is actually pretty good in my experience but sometimes it can be a struggle at a busy restaurant. At this Hard Rock location, our service is always prompt and extremely friendly.

Hard Rock prices keep creeping up which is a bit of a pain on the travel budget, especially if you get drinks. However, as an occasional treat, I think it's great to have the option.

Jewel that withstood the test of time .

This is my third time in this Hard Rock Cafe and I appreciate that the location hasn't changed much and that just tiny modifications have been made to the property.

The reason for my visit is not only memorabilia like hats or a t-shirt, but finding a way to refresh ourselves from a hot day of Paris sightseeing while listening to very good music , it truly brings everyone's spirits up.

It is a location in high demand and one must make it right on time to the reservation (Using OpenTable since that's the option suggested by HRC) or you'll lose it just 15 minutes past the reservation time. Don't worry, you can wait in the 2nd floor with a drink in your hand while you're connected to free WiFi and charge your phones as you would from any wall in Paris (200V type C outlet). Bathrooms are also on the 2nd floor, small (Only 1 stall and 1 urinal on the gentlemen's) but clean and functional.

The A/C was not running full fledge or maybe we needed more drinks while we waited, highly recommend to get drinks if waiting on the 2nd floor.

The Messi Burger looks different than another HRC but the taste is just as amazing. The egg , the bacon , tomato , anyway... delicious .

Definitely coming back to see if it remains original.

In all honesty the only reason I came here was to get a bottle opener for a collector friend of mine.

I figured since I was on a time crunch I'd grab a burger as I usually don't eat from chain restaurants when traveling.

Waiter was great, burger was very good and I wouldn't have any problem recommending this to someone in the area.

Ruined our Thanksgiving. We booked for their special thanksgiving dinner online a month ago. We knew we'd be in Paris for Thanksgiving so were excited to see that this traditional meal was being offered. We get there, and they are have the restaurant closed for a private event. They were not apologetic about anything! So disappointing for my family who was looking forward to this.

Awful customer service!

This is a place my family usually stops at when traveling. It's dependable for the kids, has gluten free options, and doesn't usually disappoint too greatly to make it a never. When we stopped in it was going to be 45 minutes to wait for a table. Luckily, it was also happy hour at the bar. We had several drinks while we waited to be seated and then enjoyed our meal in a corner booth. They were out of several things, that the language barrier made difficult to understand. My mom speaks good French but translating for 6 people can be a lot and she was a rockstar this whole trip. Overall the food was fine, the bartender was fantastic, our waitress was good and my mom was awesome.

Great if you want to add to your t-shirt collection, otherwise, it might be best to avoid a highly-trafficked tourist spot. Service was "rigid" and not very friendly. The menu; however, IS classic Hard Rock fare. They also offer a local specialty version of a burger for those who want to try a variation of the "Legendary". We stopped in to make a reservation and we're told all tables are "first-come" (fluent French speaker in our party), however we ended up waiting 90-minutes. Thankfully the bar staff was attentive! I will summarize by saying I think this is a good place to grab drinks, but skip dinner and head to another local spot. There are certainly many from which to choose.

A good American food place in Paris, the best ribs and chicken wings in Paris, great cocktails too

I've been to many hard rocks around the world and this is the worst I have ever seen the service is horrible. The waiters and waitresses are lazy and the food is subpar. I recommend you come in by your T-shirt and leave.

Came here on our last night in Paris and wished we had come sooner! Our waiter was a nice older gentleman by the name of Chatty I believe. My mom & I were dying for some good old home styled food, she ordered ribs and I ordered chicken wings crispy!!
It's a busy Saturday night so a waiting period was to be expected but when we realized the two tables that came in after us were eating and we were not we started looking for Chatty.
He swooped in and let us know that because I wanted "crispy" wings there was a delay with the food. I believe the cook either messed up or it needed to be done by someone specifically. Either way he brought his manager over to explain further & they said it was on the house.
He made sure we were fine through the extra wait. And even offered free desserts after. The food was good & the service was excellent. I'll be coming back whenever I come back to Paris lol.
