If I could leave no stars I would!

We've had 2 cleaners from homeclean. The first was a total nightmare and lied all the time - one minute she was seriously ill, the next she was pregnant, the next she needed time off to get divorced and then married. We never knew when she would turn up and she changed her days all the time.

The second cleaner was more reliable, but still cancelled at the last minute. She spilt bleach all over our bath mat and towels. When I raised this with the agency they said that they didn't cover loss or damage. Totally pointless going through an agency then! Other agencies I've used have happily covered these sorts of things.

Both cleaners consistently used water on our antique wooden floor no matter how many times we told them not to. There was no communication with replacement cleaners.

I also seriously suspected that they never worked the full 3 hours we paid for as when one of us worked from home they got through a lot more of the cleaning / ironing than at any other time.

Please don't trust them not to wreck your things!

Awful company....they send you anyone they can find. The first cleaner to be fair was good, but she left the company. All the others after that was terrible. A few months after my 2nd year, I had enough.
My and my wife's items were damaged and the cleaning terrible. I've asked for part of my annual subscription to be refunded and that was denied.

It's best to give this company a miss...terrible agency to deal with and you could do much better with another agency.

I wish I had read the previous reviews before I hired these guys. Absolutely shoddy cleaning services (watermarks on sink, garbage left in bathroom bins, dust everywhere)-- and when I called to complain, was condescendingly told that the agency fee would be waived and I could pay for another cleaner to come and do the job again. The customer service acted as though I was trying to get out of paying when in fact all I wanted was to actually get the service that I had paid for--a professionally cleaned flat. Would not recommend at all! Awful!

I have not encountered a more unprofessional service at Homeclean. Their staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. It's so bad that the interaction with their office staff is horrifying. They will not collaborate to resolve any damages done to your property. Their service is not insured. Please stay away from this to save yourself some trouble. The company is run by a bunch of dishonest and rude people.

I totally agree with China 21's review. Their cleaners are disastrous. It looks like they take on anyone available without proper training or vetting.
