Historique
Entreprise fondée en 1992
Hyatt Regency - Paris Charles de Gaulle opened in October 1992, after two years of works and construction for a 66 million euro budget. It was the first hotel Hyatt in France. Built according to the plans of the visionary architect Helmut Jahn, considered by the American Institute of the Architecture ( AIA) as " one of the most influential ten architects to the world ", the hotel benefits from a big space and from clean lines. The hotel was renewed in 2008 from the point of view of rooms and enlarged its space dedicated to the meetings and seminars, with six additional meeting rooms, so becoming the hotel of the airport area which can welcome most persons, up to 500 persons in implementation cocktail.

Eric Weber, diplômé de l'Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne en 1993 débute sa carrière au Mandarin Oriental, Macau par un Management Training avant d'être promu Responsable Bar. Il est ensuite transféré au Mandarin Oriental Surabaya, Indonésie, en tant que Consultant Restauration avant de rejoindre en 1997 le Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong.Poursuivant son expérience en Asie, Eric Weber rejoint en 2000 l'hôtel Kowloon, Hong Kong en tant que Responsable Restauration, puis en 2002, l'hôtel Oriental Bangkok, Thaïlande en tant que Directeur Général Adjoint en charge de la Restauration. En 2005, il rejoint le groupe Hyatt hotels & resorts en tant que Directeur Général Adjoint en charge de la Restauration au Grand Hyatt Dubai. En 2008, il est transféré en tant que Directeur Général Adjoint au Hyatt Regency London - The Churchill. Il est depuis 2010 Directeur Général du Hyatt Regency Paris-Charles de Gaulle.
