The food was ok here... the serves were kinda not too accommodating especially considering we were an oddly party of three. Made us feel like we were an inconvenience to the seating arrangement they had.
Awesome Vibes and decorative had a pleasant ramen scene.
Gave them a 4 star cause they tried to help out family get comfortable later on. It was pack and they were about to close. All in all good place.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 845209249 janv. 2024
On a cold rainy day, ramen is the perfect meal. At 4pm on a Sunday, it was easy to snag a seat. It's been a while since I had Ippudo and the noodles are *chef's kiss*, and you absolutely have to get it with a soft tea egg. The broth was flavorful yet comforting. The one ding was the pork was slightly overcooked and dry. Nevertheless, a staple ramen option.

Atmosphere: Ippudo has a very nice interior that is clean and organized. We have to mention, the bathroom at Ippudo may be the best, cleanest toilet in all of Paris.
Service: The service was good, and our food came out in a timely manner. However, we were double charged for food that we weren't really satisfied with.
Food: We ordered the Karaku Chashu and the Akamaru Tamago. The Karaku Chashu was not that spicy but had great flavor. The noodles were excellent and the pork was very tender. The pork broth of the Akamaru ramen was deep, rich, and flavorful. However, the egg was refrigerator-cold and was not soft-boiled -- most of the yolk was fully cooked. We asked for another soft-boiled egg, and the egg we received the second time was also cold and had a partially cooked yolk. In the end, we were charged for 2 eggs, which we were disappointed by since we left the first egg to the side and did not eat it.
Overall: We enjoyed our meal at Ippudo and would have maybe given it 5 stars if the eggs were served hot and not overdone. We would come back again to try some of their other ramen with hopes that the preparation of the food is improved.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 8644149724 juil. 2023
Between a 4 and 5. The kaarage was super freshly fried, good flavor but really really bit pieces (dark meat). The broth was really good, both the classic and the shoyu. The pork was meh though and the egg was a bit more cooked than it should be. But partner loved the noodles, he even got extra noodles.

Although we mainly ate at authentic French restaurants for the majority of our trip, I bookmarked Ippudo as a place to visit while we were in town. After several days of nonstop French culinary feasts, we took a break and enjoyed this awesome ramen shop which lives up to its reputation. They did an excellent job with little touches like pre-marinating the soft boiled egg with soy sauce and noodle preparation. Ippudo is definitely a good stop to plan for while in Paris, regardless of the other great French dining options available.
Not only was the food great, the service and atmosphere was excellent as well!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 27 mars 2018
This is probably the worst ramen I've ever tried. Maybe that's harsh because I've only tried New York ramen, but it was way too salty and lacked any other flavor.
The chicken katsu was similar. VERY salty. Almost unbearable to eat. There were maybe 4 pieces of chicken in the dish. The rest was rice and onion.
The only decent item was the gyoza. We were craving a break from French food but this wasn't satisfying at all.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 1 - 77813504925 nov. 2019
I went in the late afternoon about an hour before closing and got seated right away! I believe I ordered the Akamaru Tamago which was pretty spicy and came with an egg. The noodles were perfectly cooked and the broth was delicious! Service was great as well. Definitely a good place to stop by if you're craving Asian food on your Eurotrip!

Restaurant says open until 12:30am. I make the trek in rain on one of the two nights I'm in Paris. Arrive at 10:40pm. They tell me they're closed. This is on a Saturday night by the way. Complete waste of time.

Never made it to the one in NYC, but Ramen AND in Paris? It can't be beat.
The servers were very nice, we came right around noon and it wasn't busy yet but within 15 minutes of sitting down the place was already packed and there was a long line! We all got different ramen bowls, and they all tasted great. Can't wait to come back!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - 18 nov. 2019
After a long rainy day traveling to Versailles, a warm bowl of ramen was what our group needed. Found Ippudo on yelp and was treated to a pretty authentic bowl of Japanese ramen in Paris. We appropriated that the server ask each of us how we liked our ramen cooked. The broth was also very rich. The thing we didn't care for was the katsu rice bow. The creamy cole slaw didn't go well with the rest of the dish. But that is nothing minor that we didn't think too much about since ramen was what we were after. Overall this is a good place to come for a good bowl of ramen and not break the bank.
