Kim's Floral and Gifts

Mother's Day's experience: I sent request to have flowers delivered to my Mom on Mother Day. Asked for the Flowers to be delivered on Friday May 6th. When I called my Mom at 5:00 PM the flowers still had not arrived. I called Kim's and she was complaining as she felt the delivery fee that was charged was not enough, but she would deliver out of the good ness of her heart. I'm like what? So she said they could not deliver on Friday as she did not get to the area. Then when I called my Mom the flowers didn't seem like they were the exact arrangement I ordered, so don't believe they honor the pictures on the site. I did indicate no substitutes etc on my order. I paid over 42.00 for an arrangement that should have taken my Mom's breath away. My Mom's was not impressed nor was I.
