A great way to save money and avoid caustic dry cleaning chemicals It is closer to church on Montparnasse Boulevard just before the train station.

Seated us at a wobbly table next to the kitchen alley. Traffic was bad. The first person brought the wrong menu. Another switched the.I crossed my knife and fork on my entre assiette and they just stared every time they passed. They don't understand table etiquette. Finally asked if I was finished. The lady at the next table just returned her plate. I'm still waiting. A waiter gave me a new knife and fork (good) my waiter took the knife and replaced it with the proper one. The Plat principal arrived. The waiter put the main dish (scallops) farthest away. I spun the plate. They really don't know what they're doing. An hour later there are still many empty tables. Can't understand being placed at the kitchen alley

Great place for dinner! Start with the onion soup, it is delicious and so is the steak with fries! The service is great, all waiters are super nice and when you visit you must try the tiramisu!

Last night in Paris and so glad we found this place! We were having a difficult time finding something decent to eat. The salmon and burger were good! If you're struggling to find a good restaurant in the area, don't hesitate to come to this one.

Pretty good. They have a fairly extensive menu that varies by day, so it's probably best to pick from that rather than the fixed menu. I had the lamb shoulder (epaule d'agneau 7 heures) which was delicious; however, the beans that came with it were undercooked, sometimes quite a bit. Also had tiramisu for dessert, which came in a small glass cup; small but very rich.

Avec le frite! That's the only thing I know how to say in French, so I figured it'd be appropriate to start off my review with that. Haha.
I had my very first traditional French meal here. Steak with fries! And I must say, I was very pleased :-). One thing to note is that "well done" does not mean "well done" like it does in America. If you request for your steak to be well done, please do expect some red. Just a warning. I personally prefer some red in my steak. This place was great. They had a special lunch/dinner menu going on for a really good price, so I decided to take advantage of that. It came with dinner and dessert. The dessert was a yummy fruit bowl. This restaurant is located in what quickly became my favorite area in Paris: Montmartre. The energy, buzz, people, sites, etc.... were simply amazing.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 4035215429 août 2011
For my very first meal in Paris, this was great. I'll skip the entree and discuss the dessert first: the fruit salad. The French do this well!! This was so memorable. Juicy fruits, just fresh, and plenty of it. I think mine had oranges, grapefruits, apples, kiwis ... Now going back to my plat principale: steak avec frites (steak and fries). This was delicious, well done, as I requested, and a pretty sizeable chunk of meat. Well seasoned, so there was no need to attack the salt and pepper shakers. I understand that this is a pretty basic meal for the French, so the likelihood of messing it up is slim. If you go and the weather is nice, opt to eat outside. It's just gorgeous, and you can do all the people watching you want. The French have very good taste it seems. This spot is also a nice one to check out if you become hungry while sightseeing. It's in the Montmartre district, which hosts the Moulin Rouge, and it's near a metro stop. So you can eat there, and walk a couple of blocks to snap some pics.
