Pet Rush Inn

This review is over due on my part, so well deserved and detailed. I just dropped my pitbulls off for their second stay at Pet Rush Inn. They were calm and happy to greet Zach and Kevin. I couldnt be happier to watch their body language at drop off.

Their last stay was in November, 2017. The care they received was excellent. The list of people I trust my pibbles with is extremely small. We had a very bad experience before at what was supposed be a trust worthly licensed facilty, operated by a very unethical local trainer (an illegal unlicensed facility as I later discovered in Agua Dulce) while recovering from my bilateral mastecomy in 2016. If we had only known then what we know now...ugh....They (we) have not quite recovered fully from the hell they endured to say the least. My ability to trust others for their care was greatly impacted. As a dog trainer at Cesar Millan's Dog Psychology Center, I will only entrust my dogs with those who are to maintain their training and handle them properly in a calm and balanced manner as well. This means we have fewer options that I will consider than ever before. This was their first time staying at Pet Rush Inn as our normal boarding location was full. The staff provided excellent care, was able to win their trust and respect the first day, within hours to be honest. They came home happy, content and rested. Of course the facility is super clean, high end accomodations with an almost spa like environment. Billy Jack and Kellie had a ball during play sessions with trainer Kevin and the hands on owner Zach. I can't say enough wonderful things about them!!!! We were able to enjoy a weekend getaway due to the awesome updates they provided. Please use them if needed without any hesitation. I am referring my own dog training clients to them as well.

My dogs have been going to Pet Rush Inn for years and Kevin & Co have always made them (and me) feel like family. Both of my dogs are rescues and can be timid and the team even goes as far as carrying my dog around for the day so he isn't stuck in his pen when playtime overwhelms him.

The staff at Pet Rush Inn continues to impress me, even after years. They notice every little detail about my pets whenever they have an ailment and I really can't say enough good things about this place. They are warm, friendly, capable and just the absolute best there is.

Have brought my senior pups here multiple times for grooming. They do a consistently good job & are always willing to make adjustments with no issues. Priscilla at the front desk is an absolute gem. She listened to my concerns/requests & took extra care with my 15 year old Yorkie, Reese, making sure I was 100% satisfied. It's rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work. Pet Rush Inn is beyond lucky to have her on staff. Thank you so much Priscilla from both of us.

Pet Rush is absolutely fantastic. I feel completely at ease leaving my sweet pup in their care, whether it's for day care or overnight stays. The staff is incredible--they genuinely love what they do, and you can see it the moment you walk in. They're friendly, attentive, and so caring. Also, their space is always so clean! Lastly, I must admit I enjoy peeking in on the puppy cams to see what my girl is up to. It brings me comfort. If you're looking for a place that puts tons of TLC into their pet care, this is the place. P.S. My girl looked so cute with her new haircut!!

This place is the best! They take such great care of my sweet boy Wrigley and he always comes home so happy! Kevin and Alonso, you guys are the best!

Great place to bring your dog for daycare or boarding! My 8 year old terrier mix, Indy, can be a handful at times (he likes to "talk"), but the staff always assure me that it's no problem. They take great care of him, and I feel at ease whenever I have the leave him there for a day or overnight while I'm out of town. Their prices are very reasonable, and the staff are always friendly. They also will send you "report cards" of how your dog did.
My favorite thing about this place is that my dog comes home not smelling like urine. I used to take my dog to a facility in Valley Village, and whenever I would pick him up he smelled as if he would be sitting in other dog's urine. It was disgusting! This place is clean and doesn't have a "dog smell" when you walk in. I highly recommend!

Was having so many issues with my rescue German Shepherd husky, Luna. The sweetest pet ever except extremely territorial and defensive. Took her over to petrush in where I met gentleman Kevin Cruz who from the get-go I can immediately tell that he knew what he was doing. He introduced himself and welcome us in. Not only did he help Luna get over her issues but also help with some training for myself to help Luna along the way. Extremely patient and both spoken. His staff was amazing all smiles and greetings which immediately let me know it's a great location. He "dominated" Luna and explain to me what I was doing wrong as a first-time pet owner. Since then Luna discreet with other dogs and guest over. I would definitely recommend and if you get a chance to request Kevin Cruz.

This is the third daycare I have tried with my dog and is, by far, the best overall experience I've had. I am never worried when he is there. I know he is safe and cared for (and getting belly rubs!). I trust they will call me when they need to, and they are seriously the only team that has gotten my dog to sit for grooming!

The staff is so kind and the owners are very present. I appreciate so much that they have cameras (my first daycare did not and it was horrible in the end).

I'm thankful every time I take him there and he is returned to me happy! I am so glad he has friends there- both canine and human. Honestly, I don't know what I would do without them.

Not enough services for my two intelligent young Kittens that need bath, nails and day care for few hours with sociable kittens.
Unbelievable that Pet Rush Inn cannot offer up a solution. Boring condo they are confined in currently fruity name for boring
smart kittens. Obviously they haven't done du diligence by hanging out with smart kittens their like dogs.
Kittens need a lot attention that the Pet Rush has nothing to offer I guess will be in a condo not socialize. Sad day.
Why when I yelped why do Pet Rush Inn get my business yelped should this boring facility in my search criteria in unfair when they up in my search. They have really nothing going on no go vibes.
Especially you don't talk cat or dog appropriately. Waste of my time wish them luck.

I found Pet Rush Inn when I was searching for cat boarding, and it was the single best thing to happen to me. I learned that Pet Rush had a dog daycare with a bunch of lower-energy pups. My new dog, River, had exhibited a ton of anxiety and was terrified of dogs, humans, grass, air, life, etc.

The staff recommended bringing her to daycare to expose her to other dogs and start socializing. When she first started, River was terrified of everything and everyone. Now, this is her favorite place in the world. She genuinely gets in the car because she thinks she's going to go see Jo or Riki (or Kevin, even though she pretends she's above him) and then gets upset when we don't end up at Pet Rush. The staff here is truly the best, and I'm really grateful to them for helping my girl get out of her shell!

Highly recommend this place! We've been taking our labradoodle to Pet Rush Inn since she was a puppy for grooming and haircuts. Everyone is incredibly friendly and we know we're leaving our pooch in good hands. The groomers even give our dog the most amazing mohawk! She has literally turned heads on the street from people checking out her haircut. Can't do any better than this place.
