Ruby Flowers

I am literally just back from Ruby Flowers where I have purchased my Mother dearest a gorgeous Mothers Day bouquet. In fact they are so lovely that I have posted a photo of them along with my review. I am definitely getting some brownie points for these babies!

I had barely walked through the door when a lovely lady approached me and asked if she could help. I clearly had a fish out of water look on my face because she was very nice and understanding about my vagueness when trying to explain what I was looking for. I think the exact sentence was, "I want flowers for my Mum, but nothing too smelly. I'd like girly flowers please."

The nice lady just asked my budget and what colours I'd like and voila, 10 minutes later I was walking home with my beautiful Mothers Day gift!

Ruby Flowers was very busy today and they had readymade flowers everywhere which looked like they were orders waiting to be delivered. I was very impressed that the girls still managed to help me so quickly despite looking a bit snowed under! I'll definitely be back to Ruby Flowers the next time I have flower buying duties to fulfill!

Is there anything more heavenly than a really good florist? Ruby Flowers is one of those florists that you'd quite like to sit down in and sit awhile. They have an absolutely gorgeous selection of flowers as well as some great ornaments and gifts. Also, due to the aforementioned selection of flowers, it smells lovely!

Ruby and Allie, the lovely ladies behind Ruby Flowers, are really friendly and will be happy to help. Their bouquets are stunning - so definitely make a trip here if you're after something special. (I've been very good recently, hint hint).

This flower shop is excellent, been quite a few times to get flowers there as well as the fact that they did the flowers at my friends wedding.


Nice friendly staff with plenty of time for their customers, they will help you choose the right bouquet for your occasion.
