Roxanne B.Canyon Country, États-Unis12492530 sept. 2020The store is the best place for uniforms they have beautiful uniforms for very reasonable and alterations right there for very very reasonable and the staff there is impeccable they are helpful they get down with everything you need they understand they explain great wonderful selections I can't say enough good stuff about this place it was a great experience I won't go to downtown LA anymore to get my needs for my bus driving job I'm very pleased the sales clerks are great everybody was most helpful thanks A million I'm glad I found this uniform store.

Antoine G.Los Angeles, États-Unis553218 févr. 2024I purchased a baton 5 days ago, but it broke and the top part came out and hit my TV. Sadly, I cannot recommend this product and place to anyone. How I post to protect myself if baton doesn't work properly. DON'T BATON FROM THIS PLACE !!!!

I placed a rush order badge just one it is now over a month, after talking to someone in production they pushed it back 2 to 3 more weeks.. I would not do businesses with this company again, lack of communication.. Just seems like nothing is getting done. Proceed with caution.

Now Sue is trying to get me to change my review of this company. SERIOUSLY!
I got a spam email asking if we can make this right and doesn't even remember that it over 6months to get my patches.

Surprise surprise.
I was told by sue my patches would be here 6-9-22. Guess what they never showed. I called Sue and demanded to speak to her manager. She refused. She is trying to hide this from her boss. I told her to send me the file for the patches. Again she tried to say they will be here in a week. I told her it's been 4 months you keep giving me the run around. I don't believe you. She swore it would be here Monday. (6-13-22). She then tried to quote me an email saying I emailed you in March. I told her yes and we talked after that. I then told her reviews are going up on yelp, google, and with the bbb. She laughed at that. So we will see if they are here on 6-13-22.
Honestly stay away from this person and company they are a 100% scam.26 mai 2022Avis précédentWe started this journey 4 months ago. In the start my gut told told me stay away from this company but I ignored that. BIG MISTAKE.
With the state of ca the BSIS requires they approve the patches. Sue at uniform and accessories told me she knew what the bsis wanted but couldn't tell me what that was. The first few days we got no where. So I contacted her again and got no where. Then I used their website to contact someone. A few days later Sue called me and then she wanted to help. So we went back and forth for a few days with the patch. Then after a few days we agreed on a patch. I sent it off to the bsis. We waited a month for the bsis to approve it. Once they did that is when the problems started. I had contacted Sue many times only to get "I will send the pricing and info." I would call and email Sue a few times a month to only get the run around. Well a few days sue went quiet and now I can't get ahold of her. So after 4 months I'm done. This company is a scam. Save your money and go elsewhere.

After hiring additional help, Sue fulfilled my order in excellent time. In addition, she provided concessions that made our company happy. The final product was outstanding. I am happy that this company takes revires seriously and works to make it right for the customer. I am now a lifeling customer because of Sue! Thanks for your outstanding work.

Not to mention the hassle for doing business and just trying to get the art person, Sue, to do her job. In fact she had the gall to tell me to remind her to send me a proof! No proof came after weeks with multiple calls to the company and many emails. Now our company goes on duty without a uniform. I'm taking my business local. So long California. I should have known to stay in Texas for business. Marginal. Do not waste your time.

I'm Anonymous ..Los Angeles, États-Unis020717 mai 2022Horrible customer service and horrible art department. Sue and the rest of the clowns are the worse. Sue tries to do side work from her own home and take business away from the store. I'm not going to deal with them anymore and find myself somewhere else to go that is more professional and have good customer service.
Everyone should look else where and stop going to this cheap store and cheap china/dtla security equipment.
