University Park Care Center

This is the best facility in town! Excellent patient care! Clean and organized! All the staff is so happy and caring. The therapy department is incredibly knowledgeable and motivating. Best place for inpatient rehab, outpatient rehab, and long-term care. I wish I could give this place 100 stars!

I do not trust this facility, and I will not let another loved one come back here. They are extremely rude and unprofessional.

My grandmother was in this facility recently. Her doctor told us that she only needed to be here 2 to 3 weeks. The facility tried to make her stay longer against her doctors orders. They also messed with her cardiac medication without contacting her cardiologist.

When my mom questioned them, they told my mom that she wasn't a "caregiver" and she shouldn't question them. (she has taken care of both her parents for years). They, Sue the manager there, was extremely rude.

We have taken her out now. They didn't get her oxygen ordered like they should have, even though they had more than advanced notice. We were able to get that done with her doctor on our own.

I did my internship in the HIM Department and thoroughly enjoyed it. Every staff member has the patient's best interest at heart. University Park prepared me for life working in healthcare.
