US Post Office

In my opinion they're doing the best that they can after Covid. Please be patient with them. They are trying to give a good customer service. Thank you.

I ordered some stuff online but I apparently got too excited and forgot the apt number. It got sent back to the main office for the address to be verified I waited 30 minutes on hold to talk to the lady to get my apt number added. The lady was wonderful but she had to send an email to them about the correction and gave me the number for the office. I called them at 2:30, well within the stated 10:30-5:30 Mon-Fri schedule and they were apparently closed. I called back two other times and they were still closed. I left a note on my mailbox for the item I was supposed to receive and my correct apt number and I was getting something else from Amazon with everything correct so I figured they'd be able to deliver especially with the email with corrections. I check today, it's being returned to sender after being here for one day. I would have happily gone and picked it up or anything but they are still closed! I'm just frustrated that it's getting returned after waiting a week and a half because they're closed and can't look at corrections and by the looks of the reviews, others think the same.

They have lazy drivers who are aggressive I went in to complain about the driver because she has made multiple complaints about us either the trash cans in the way a cars in the way or there's snow
when our driveway fits 2 cars we have 3 for the time being and no where else to put it so she can get the hell out of her car step 5 feet NOT TO MENTION HER HITTING OUR TRASHCAN MULTIPLE TIMES AND LEAVING IT IN THE ROAD
SHE LEFT US NOTES ABOUT WHERE TO MOVE OUR CAR AND TRASH CAN AND ITS LITERALLY WHERE SHE SAYS TO PUT IT AND THEN SHE STILL COMPLAINS
She's skipped us for mail for the last month I had to go in and get my mail this is fucking ridiculous if you don't fix this I will bring the police to your office and demand the drivers name to file a harassment claim AND A RESTRAINING ORDER against her and I will be showing them proof of your staff admitting she's aggressive
your staff have told me she's aggressive multiple times and I need to be careful like why is she employed if she's aggressive??? I shouldn't feel threatened by a delivery driver FIX THIS ISSUE NOW!!! Jack the manager was suppose to call me and he never did I'm getting fed up with feeling unsafe
pretty DISGUSTING to ignore a customers complaint about an AGGRESSIVE employee can't wait to see what corporate says about this

I live right next to the post office. they have been blasting biggy smalls and 2pac all morning. It is so loud that it wakes me up often in the morning. People have kids here and shouldn't be forced to listen to this profanity all morning. Atleast answer the phone because i call everyday and nobody answers. completely lousy.

I would have liked to give this Post Office a good review, my old Post Office was great and had the best staff. I can't do that for the sand lake office. I was mailing several large packages that are at the maximum size. The person at the counter was unhelpful and rude. they couldn't hold the tape measure straight, pull it tight across the package and they made it a point to find the absolute longest part of the package; this resulted in her finding a measurement that was possibly 1/8 inches longer than allowed(I've mailed this size before and never had anyone say it was to long). That measurement resulted in a extra surcharge, they than insisted that remaining packages were also oversize, despite the tape measure reading right on the line. this ended up costing me several hundred dollars. When I mentioned that I hadn't been charged the extra amount before their response was that I could go to the airport post office. Way to go USPS, this is why people don't support you anymore. go to UPS, Fedex or a private freight company. Next time the USPS needs to shut down a branch hopefully they'll choose this one.

I will never go back to this post office on strawberry. I highly recommend anyone else to drive a little farther . The lady behind the counter was very short, didn't ask me what I wanted or explain anything just charged away and was very snappy. Horrible customer service even when I was trying to cooperate. Really put a damper on my day having to go there. Never again.

Terrible service. Wish i had seen the reviews before i stopped in. Staff was rude & not helpful. I wont be going back to this office.

Talk about the most unfriendly people I have ever seen working.

I asked if they could tape my box a little more securely. To which she told me I could buy more tape. Yeah then asked "okay what happens if the box opens while in transit" to which she tells me "well. Then everyone can see what's inside".

Got it.

Rude people work at this location.

I don't know what happens at this post office but the culture is absolutely terrible. The clerks are routinely rude. Without exception. This place needs a significant culture shift and customer service training, or the negative reviews will only continue.

Worst post office ever! I have never had issues w the post office or mailmen before. Once I moved to the side of town they service, wow! My mail is always missing, they are not helpful at all.
