LOVE LOVE LOVE Veggie Grill. I'm a self-proclaimed "Vegetarian As-Often-As-Possible" and this place is delicious. After trying a lot of menu items, I think I'm in love with the Buffalo Bomber. Its a buffalo "chicken" sandwich. I get it with Kale or Quinoa. I can't get enough Veggie Grill, I just wish it were a little cheaper though I completely understand why it isn't. This food isn't cheap to get for them either. This location is bright, clean, and open. The outdoor seating is nice, and there is TONS of parking! This is a nice accompany place for non-vegetarian/vegans to join their vegetarian/vegan friends.
So far so good! The first time I went, I got the Rockin' Moroccan Bowl. This last time I was going to try something else, but found myself ordering the Rockin' Moroccan again! Its a delicious bowl of seasoned veggies and quinoa with Moroccan inspired tofu or "chicken" skewers. On the menu, it states that the chefs always order it with tofu, so I of course, followed suit. The people who work here are very friendly and helpful.
I especially loved that the unlimited drink options were lavender lemonade, watermelon agua fresca, and iced tea. I hate soda so these options are all perfect for me.
My bowl and drink comes in just under $14 so I can't come here everyday... but I plan to come here a lot since its so close to my workplace. :)
Came here for breakfast and it was legendary. I know its pretty hard to screw up breakfast, but this was exceptionally delicious. I got the savory garden omelet and it was just a great blend of flavors. I don't do soy cheese, and I had real cheese in mine. The brown rice and melon were a great touch to really balance out the meal.
The coffee was delicious and kept on coming. I loved sitting out on the patio... it really made me happy and made me miss the South Bay.
I came here for lunch the other day BECAUSE of its Yelp reviews. I was a vegetarian for four years, and in that time, I discovered that vegetarian food can actually be pret-ty scrumptious. I ordered one of the "chicken" sandwiches; the "Grillin' Chickin' specifically, as a wrap. I was afraid I may still be hungry, as I wasn't sure how big their wraps were (I saw a few people say they were too small) so I stupidly ordered the sweet potato fries as well. Now, when I say stupidly, I mean that the wrap would have been enough food, not that there is anything wrong with the sweet potato fries. They were very good. I hate sweet potato fries, but I ate half of them... the sauce really is yummy.
they have a lot of refreshing drink options. On a hot day, ordering a cold wrap and a drink and sitting outside feels great. The ingredients in my wrap were very fresh and delicious. Even though I left feeling full... I didn't feel gross, too. I made a fresh Arnold Palmer with a small splash of their pomegranate green tea.
If you are a vegetarian, or are looking for an (almost) guilt-free meal, check out Veggie Grill, and you won't be disappointed.
This Veggie Grill has the friendliest service I have ever experienced in a Veggie Grill. Granted it is very slow today... but they came and opened the door for me, and my receipt says his name is D'arcy but I'm not sure. He was extremely helpful when I was having trouble narrowing down what to get on this amazing menu. As always though I ended up defaulting to the B-Wing Salad with a side of Quinoa Pilaf. I'm so in love with this salad. Its not super good for you, but its my comfort food and really hits the spot. Time to go shopping!
