Better than the alternative fast food chains but only stop here if you have an hour to spare. Wait for food was 30 min on a Sunday afternoon. Standard burger is 9 bucks and a pasta dish 15. I had the malibu chicken sandwich. Chicken was excellant but it really needs a special sauce to make it stand out.

Great couple that own this sandwich shop!  Very kid friendly. Nice change from nasty chain food - fresh tasting!

Super clean, great tastes! This place is spotless (although I didn't expect it from the outside). The food is really good. Ordered four pupusas and four tamales. Pupusas were perfect! The only thing that would have made the tamales a little better is a little more meat in the tamales (I had only one finger sized sliver of chicken in each of my chicken tamales.  The tamales are big but most of it is masa. I'd even be happy paying an extra .50 each for a bit more meat. Great spot for lunch!

Maybe I just had bad luck but I tried the highly recommended chocolate croliner and was disappointed. Mine was dry with no cream inside and the chocolate frosting/ganache seemed waxy and not-so-chocolatey. I wouldn't recommend it.  My husband had the raspberry croliner and it was better.  Kids had the apricot berliner (its like a jam filled bismark) and they were tastier than the grocery store variety. We came from out of town and I'll likely try another bakery when we come back.

Good dinner portions! A nice, locally owned Hawaiian restaurant. Fresh / crisp salad and vegetables made me smile. I had the chicken teriyaki plate - it was untypically delicious!  Chicken sectioned and cooked just right with a not-too-sweet sauce. Husband had Kailua pork which was tender but may have tasted better with the teriyaki sauce ordered than the brown gravy it came with. Overall good meal. We'll be back.

I eat at Wendys all the time in my hometown. They have never served me a chicken sandwich this withered, cold, or lacking toppings. I went back and asked for more lettuce. They told me no. Do you think this looks worth 8 dollars? It wasn't.

If I want a burger in St. George, this is where I go. Definitely not the cheapest burger probably not the most expensive, but it beats other Mc-fast food chains by a mile and a half. The burgers thicker, fresher tasting, and taste like they came off of a barbeque, not off of an oily griddle.  The veggies on top also taste fresh-sliced instead of bagged. It sounds silly, but the pickles ON the burgers totally make the burger for me - and these did it. Crisp, thick, cold pickles. Also, additional toppings are optional such as sautéed mushrooms (oh yeah) and mustard. No one puts mustard on burgers anymore and its a shame!

The fries are different than typical chain fries but not necessarily better. I thought I saw their fries listed on one of the highest-calorie worst-for-you food lists once. So I skip them.

Can't believe I haven't reviewed this place before now, however, this place is my #1 choice for lunch in St. George and I have eaten here about once a week for at least a year. Super-fresh, unique flavors, nice dining room, great staff and always a happy tummy when I leave! There is nothing else like this in St. George.

I get: Fiery Chicken. Either on the Greek Town Salad or as a Fiery Chicken Gyro (lined with a perfectly-garlicked skordalia). If I'm feeling really hungry and need both salad and pita, I get the Fiery Chicken Platter which comes with rice topped by chicken, a salad, a pita, and a dollop hummus. The hummus here is amazing. I can't make hummus this good at home (I've tried). Sometimes I have to go back and order an extra plate of hummus. Ohmmm.

Husband gets: Philly Cheesesteak Gyro. It's gyro meat with the normal philly toppings of sautéed peppers and onions. Not real greek-y but really really good. His second choice is the Big Fat Gyro. Deliciously fresh tzatziki.

The staff is wonderful. I always bring my twin girls in with me for cheese pitas and the staff is always willing to substitute mandarin oranges in for the chocolate pudding that I'd rather my girls not have.

The only thing I am sad about is that Mad Pita decided to go off of the Starving Student card. It was a great opportunity for the business to get new customers to try something that they may not normally try.

We are solid customers. Keep up the great work Mad Pita!

Both the sign on the door and the website say that the store opens at 11:30am on Sundays but the door was locked. We and another couple (whom we did not know), waited around outside the business until 11:45. The other couple left annoyed. We looked up the phone number and called inside. The teenager that answered said they forgot to open up.

Food was not ready for the day and tasted reheated. Not at all impressed.
