Stopped in for lunch. I had a wrap and my husband had a burger. His burger was ok and my wrap was incredibly bland. We did order the bacon wrapped peppers as an appetizer which were good but still not the best. For the price of everything combined with the less than mediocre flavor, we do not plan to go again. Also our server was very preoccupied with her friend at the bar vs. offering good service and waiting on her customers.
Absolutely incredible food, atmosphere, and service!!!! We read all the reviews and decided to take the time and enjoy the whole experience. EVERYTHING IS MADE TO ORDER. Do not go in for a quick bite before a show. Save it for after to enjoy and unwind. They stay open late for this reason.
All the servers were very helpful and informative and work as a team. You will have every waitress wait on you (not just one like most restaurants) The escargot is the best I have had in my life. I highly recommend it. We had a group of 7 and anyone who claimed to dislike escargot, tried it and enjoyed it as well. 6 of us had seafood dishes and one had the Beef/Veal bolognese. All of it was cooked to perfection, full of flavor and very generous portions.
The desserts were a perfect end to a more than perfect meal. Get the Chocolate mousse, you will not want to share it. The owner even came out to our table and said hello and laughed with us a few minutes.
If you want an amazing dining experience, with a incredible wine selection, (there is no liquor), a very large menu with enough options for any pallet, wonderful service and a meal you will be talking about for years to come, this is your place! The only thing I would change is the location, how do I get them to move to Texas?
Went to buy a gift for a friend and The customer service is terrible!!! There were 6 girls behind the counter who are more worried about texting, talking on their phones, and talking bad about their other co-works than taking care of their customers. There were 3 of us in line and one girl went to a register to check us out while the others continued talking. They all looked up at us multiple times in their gossip session and no one offered to help. If you want to give your money to employees who could care less about you shopping there, go for it! I will be buying my TTU apparel elsewhere from now on.
I have been a long time fan of Jazz. However, after tonight's experience, it's going to be hard to go back. We had a table of 7. The waitress was good for the first 5 minutes but then disappeared. After she took our order, we also ordered drinks. 10 minutes later we asked the hostess that was walking by to check on the drinks and she brought them to our table. When the food came out, they didn't bring my moms blackened tuna salad. When we asked the waitress she said she didn't know where it was and that the girl who runs the food is supposed to make sure it gets to the table. She walked away and didn't come back. Another 10 minutes passed and everyone was finishing up eating and we still did not have the salad. We asked the hostess passing by, yet again, to see if she could find our waitress and the salad. The waitress showed up about 5 minutes later with our checks and the salad in a to go box. When asked why it was in a to go box her response was, "oh i thought yall would want to take it with yall since you wanted your checks too." My chicken al a mer was great but another lady at the table who ordered a full order of fettuccine said hers was room temperature. 2 others ordered 1/2 orders of blackened chicken fettuccine and they were not warm either. I wanted to speak with a manager and once again, no one came back to our table. How they can stay in business with a staff like that is beyond me.
Jonathan is the tour guide to ask for! He was incredible!!! This is our first trip to Chicago and we wanted to go on a tour. After seeing all the options, we decided a Segway tour would be a lot of fun and something different than your typical bus tour.
We had five in our group and we were the only five on the tour. So it was basically a personal tour for us. Jonathan explained the Segway thoroughly and made sure everyone was completely comfortable operating the machine before we took off. One in our group took a little longer to get comfortable and he was in no hurry to rush her. The tour is a 2 hour tour and he did not "start the time" until we actually got going.
Jonathan was very laid back, friendly, and knowledgeable about Chicago's history and covered a ton of information on the tour. He made the experience incredible and we will definitely go again. We took the tour that went up thru Lincoln Park and they have another that covers the downtown area. We plan to take that tour before we leave.
This tour is worth EVERY PENNY. The three guys in our group loved it as much as the girls. If you skip this tour, you will be missing out on a very fun and memorable experience!
I called 6 different places in Lubbock to see what they would charge to clean out my lap top and make it run better. They did quote the lowest but that always makes me wonder if they will do the best work. I decided to take a chance. The staff was incredibly helpful when I went in the store and greeted me with a smile. They answered all my questions then and there and told me they would have it ready within 24 hours. Other places said they would have to keep it a week. I had a question about a receiver that we are having problems with as well and they said they would take a look at it, however I did not take it up there. They said they would be happy to come to our house and take a look at it NO CHARGE. So I said great but I dont get off work until 6:30. That wasnt a problem for them either. When I got home they were here to meet me and even delivered my laptop good as new the same day! I have never been more pleased with a company. They definitely go above and beyond. I will be a customer of theirs for life and send any and everyone to them!
