The office manager, Cynthia, is very disorganized, unprofessional, and rude.
I'm having billing issues due to medical services charged to an incorrect carrier. This was due to Dr. Kapoor's office staff not properly updating my insurance information.
I spoke with Cynthia, back in January, regarding an unpaid bill. We discovered that my old carrier was being charged. I explained that I gave the office my new insurance info back in November. She mentioned that she would speak with their accountant to get this fixed and would call me if they needed more info.
For 3 months I have not received any calls or emails so assumed it was resolved.
I was completely wrong. I am now receiving collection calls for a $450 doctor's visit that my current insurance could have covered. I spoke with their accountant and she never received my updated info from the office.
What was the office manager's response to all of this? "This is your responsibility...you need to take care of it, not us." It was their mistake!!
A clerical error like this could have easily been fixed. During this whole process, I felt mistreated, disrespected, and helpless.
Dr. Kapoor is a great doctor. I've always felt comfortable with her medical care and trusted her advice. She's attentive, friendly, and always understood any issues I had. However, I'm no longer her patient due to the negative customer service and incompetent office staff. The trust isn't there anymore. How can I trust a practice that deals with my personal information this way?
I would have liked to reach out to Dr. Kapoor personally about this, but they wouldn't give me any options to talk to her or even email her. Unfortunately, I think she has no idea how bad her staff treats her patients and the impact it will have on her practice. Based on the other reviews here, I'm not the only person that feels this way.

My experience - In my last visit, I wanted to go lighter on my ombre but was worried how it would look against my skin tone. She brightened it just enough and added natural highlights to frame my face...I fell in love with my hair all over again!
I completely trust Natalie with my hair. She's always on top of new trends and knows classic styles. I always feel good and confident after every appointment.
Yiassoo catered our office luncheon and everyone loved the food!
I will definitely put them on rotation for our future lunches.
Joe was very friendly in helping us choose a variety of items to satisfy the veggie and meat lovers in our office. Joel was also very helpful in getting our order organized and delivered to us hot and on time!

This a great lunch or dinner spot! The food is delicious...less than $10 for all you can eat! The food is well organized with meat and lots of veggies to choose from, the place is clean and spacious, and you can't beat the price for so much tasty food.
Anytime Is Taco Time is great to work with and the food is so yummy! They catered our company lunch and I look forward to using them again...and again in the future. Not only did everyone enjoyed their food but their set up and break down made my job so easy! They offer many meat/veggie options - we ordered the chicken, al pastor, and grilled veggies...everyone had seconds and were very full after lunch. They set up outside for cooking and set up the food with sides in the office - they do not provide eating plates and utensils, however they do provide utensils to serve the food. After we were finished, they cleaned up and put together all the left overs for us.
The staff were very friendly and sanitary with the food items. I was able to get a quick response with my inquires and they were available to contact by email or phone.
I was waiting for this restaurant to open and was looking forward for something new in downtown San Jose. I had such high hopes for this place...but I was a little let down. We enjoyed the outdoor seating, pickled beet salad, and the red curry fries.
The service was very friendly...however, a little deceiving. When my friend received her order of Coca Cola, she noticed that it was actually a Diet Coke after a few sips. She notified the waiter and he mentioned that the don't offer Coca Cola and thought to bring her a Coke Zero instead...without letting her know.
Another incident occurred on our burger order. The waiter asked "would you like everything on it" and we replied yes, assuming he was making sure we didn't have any special requests. When we received our bill, he charged us for all the burger topping options on the menu ($2 for avocado, $2 for bacon, $2 for cheese) - he could of given us a heads up on all the additional costs.
I hope the service improves as I think it will be a great addition to downtown.

They have horrible customer service. Arena Hotel stole my credit card information and paid for a room that I didn't use. Not only did they put up a fight to reimburse the hotel charges, they refuse to pay the overdraft fees the were applied to my account when they stole my money. The manager of the hotel, Edna Rodriguez, is very unprofessional and rude. There are way better hotels to stay in the San Jose downtown area that more organized and provide friendly customer service.
Bill is awesome! He catered my company's party and everyone loved it! Bill responded to my inquires quickly and gave me a quote right away. He worked with our schedule, location details, and was very knowledgeable on how to set up for a corporate event.
His menu selection satisfied every taste - you have try the hot link, Seattle style! He offered every condiment possible from basic ketchup, mustard, relish, sauerkraut to crunchy Doritos toppings. He even catered to our vegans with tofu hot dogs!
Bill is friendly, easy to work with, and very clean. On that note - you will notice that he wears gloves when serving and has hand sanitizer available for you:)
Our employees had a great time, in the sunshine, having a great hot dog. I will definitely use his services for future events.
I love Vicky! She does really good work, super fast, and is just the sweetest thing! I was in need of a manicure and pedicure asap, she fit me in her schedule last minute. She picked the best color for me and made me feel relaxed. I was finished in little over an hour including drying time!
Oh my gosh! Finally..a place in San Jose that delivers after 9pm! The food is really good, they accept visa, and the staff is really nice...just talk slowly when stating your order over the phone. The lemon sea bass was really good and they actually have BROWN RICE! You can never go wrong with Pad See Eiw and their papaya salad is pretty good. Thank you, Fantazia!
