As a 1st time home-buyer, I could have lucked out in working with Andrew Spellman. He was with me every step of the way patiently & diligently providing all the guidance and education I needed. There are a lot of uncertainties and unknown factors for any 1st timer - Andrew has this innate ability to provide confidence and reassurance throughout the entire process.
I highly recommend Andrew Spellman as a Mortgage Broker. He is honest and certainly goes above and beyond.
Although Newport is not a major city such as NY or SF the locals & visitors do understand & require quality in all aspects of hospitality. And Christie's has delivered beyond this benchmark set by its patrons.
From service to food to decor - Christie's is on top of its game. All friendly no attitude environment within a hip funky space containing a super fun crowd.
Cool list of cocktails with a great complimentary menu consisting of specialties from fresh local ingredients.
Location is right off a perfect sweet artsy alley.
I've experienced Pho Beef noodle soup all over (East coast - NY, MD, DC, South - Louisiana, and all over Vietnam).
This place is really good n reasonable price (standard noodle soup prices). Aesthetics are typical but the service is great.
Vietnamese iced coffee was just ok.
And it's not named "Pho ___" and some number.
No thanks... This place is small n dirty. Mildew all over the tiles in the locker room. Poor air circulation - smelled like sh*t (terrible BO) in the back section with the machines.
No towel service?! Is that common in SF? You cannot count on people to bring their own yet they have no problem laying their hairy sweaty self on any of the benches - GROSS. And w/o a towel you don't know who is on what machine/bench...
Equipment - Machines are standard. Free weights are alright (think it only goes up to 105 or 120) - I'll reconfirm... The grip bar on the free weights are a tad thick for me so can't really get a nice good grip.
Incline bench = terrible. It sits terribly high where my knees are bent higher than a 90 degree angle. Which means... If I'm going heavy like 90/95lbs dumbbells and need it kick each one up for the set then I would have trouble as the saddle is raised to high off the floor.
