This place is 2.5 stars for me.
The problem that I had with her class the most was that her class was not easy to follow. I had to double check with the person next to me if it was Zumba class. I thought I came to Latin fusion dance class....
I couldn't sweat in this class because I was busy learning steps.
I think I paid about $14 which to me it was a bit pricy.
Other people here said she was a great Zumba instructor who was funny and kind. Maybe. For me, I didn't even get to talk to her even when I was paying her at the end of the class. It seemed to me the only people who she talked were regulars.
Yes she was a good dancer, but I was looking for a good instructor who could monitor her clients time to time during the class (instead of being busy checking on her own dance moves in a mirror....).
Yes I do sound like a negative person (especially since everybody else on Yelp is giving 5 stars.) And No I don't like to leave negative comments either. But my jaw dropped when I saw all other 5 stars reviews and had to leave my honest opinion.
Overall, I decided to give 2.5 mainly because I couldn't do enough exercise in her class unlike the classes I had in a past.
To be fair, my review is a little old since this is the review about my visit to this place about a year ago.
This is one of the few stores where you can get the best customer service. They are always friendly and truly care about their customers. Today, our cashier, Kent was so friendly and very very very I mean VERY nice. When I was in a line, I realized that I forgot to get a formula for my baby. I went to the baby section as fast as I could but I couldn't find the one I wanted. When he saw that, he told me to help me finding it since there was nobody in a line after us. Unfortunately we couldn't find the brand I wanted, but he told me that I could order by submitting a paper. The best part is that he is not the only worker who cares about his customers; A lot of workers here do !!! But today, for me, his customer service was outstanding and my husband and I made us so happy. Yes this place can be a little pricy compared to other place but it's totally worth it. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
This had been our go to place for grooming my pom, Momo for more than 3 years. They are always nice and friendly despite the fact they are normally very busy. They did Momo's haircut just as we asked. Even when we were not happy with her style, they fixed it at spot without any question. Since Momo passed away recently I won't be going there anytime soon... but I would recommend this place to anyone.We have been bringing our pomeranian to this grooming dept for almost 3 years. I like this Fred Meyer a lot! I have been coming to this store for almost 2 years and the customer service here is always great! Yes their products can be a bit pricy compare to other stores but I rather come here than the store with horrible service. I always enjoy shopping/ browsing in this store. Plus they open late!

I was excited to make an appointment for grooming my dog after I read the positive reviews here. Hmm.. Wrong idea. Person over the phone wasn't so friendly as other people said here. Maybe it's because of my Japanese accent but he sounded a bit annoyed, too. And I was also disappointed to hear that they don't do groomming service....
First impression isn't everything but I was really turned off by his hospitality. If his service is as nice as people here say, he could at least mention about pets grooming supplies he was offering at his store..? Oh well, I know where I am not going this weekend. I ended up calling Petco. People in Petco didn't seem that they had hard time understanding me with my accent. Plus they were MUCH more friendly than him which was a big plus for me and my pom.
Good food, good environment, but poor service. We tried out this place with the deal on Groupon tonight. We had a table right next to the window closer to the door. And I thought it was nice. I might come back because the food was good. Their signature meat ball pasta was so delicious but next time i hope i'll have a different server so that It won't be difficult to give him a tip...
If you have a groupon, be sure to remind a server that you do because they do forget even if it's not crowded.
I came to this place with the deal on Groupon(up to $70 value). I see good reviews about this place on Yelp but I don't think they should get 3 stars; to me they were very pricey for the food, drink and service that they offer.
I didn't feel like we were welcomed when we walked in.

We had Kamikaze roll and they all tasted good. My husband enjoyed Gyoza as well. But I thought that Tofu was too small to taste it. I was disappointing by the size of Nigiri too..
The restaurant was clean. I wasn't impressed by waitress though.. she wasn't friendly.
Overall, food tasted good but I think they overcharge for the amount of food they offer. We were still hungry after the meal but did not feel like ordering more.
Awful!!!! They are fault advertising themselves on their website; the pictures you see on their website are way too good. Those pics are definitely too Photoshoped!! I didn't feel safe whole time I was there. I constantly had to worry about someone might break in our room. I almost changed the hotel but I ended up not changing since I only had one night left
Room was disgusting too. I hated taking a shower there. I saw cracks on a wall and dead bugs in a bathroom.. It seemed nobody touched the Coffee maker in our room for years... I had a little early Halloween night at this hotel.
I only come back here just because I like their happy hour drink menu and the bands they invite on Thursday. But I have to say that their service is the SLOWest I've ever had. So don't go there if you are super hungry and don't think you can be patient for their service.
We sat on dinner side 3, 4 times. When we dined here very first time, the Waitress was friendly and we really had a great experience.
When my mom and sister visited me last time, I took them here. Their service was very very VERY slow. It took 10 minutes to let them know we were here!!

Many of their books are still highly valuable in the market. We normally go to the Computer Books Section first and we were so thrilled to see so many books are still in great condition yet sold very cheap! Some are still brand new with CD-ROM. We stayed in that small corner for a while...!
