Their delivery service is terrible. It's always late, the food often arrives semi cold. They also lack consistency in how they cook their food. One time it would be great, the next time barely edible. The garlic bread is often overcooked and inedible.
Just finished the class.
It was excellently made. Exceeded my expectations. I must point out that I and my wife have read a lot on the subject prior to attending the class, so there wasn't so much we didn't know. But the class itself is extremely valuable if you didn't spend a lot of time reading on your own.
Even if you did spend a lot of time reading though, I still recommend it because you will get some hands on experience with stuff like infant CPR and Heimlich manoeuvre which can be a life saver. It's also good as a way to confirm what is true from everything you've read and what is just myths.
Overall I think Sarah McMoyler did an outstanding job and was a great presenter and educator!
I had a reservation here. At arrival it turns out this place is so noisy that I couldn't hear myself even if I scream, let alone have a conversation with my friends. Had to leave. This is more of a disco than a restaurant, with the ridiculous noise and loud live music.
This is one of the best Brazilian restaurants I've been to. Great service, great food, great decor. If you are in Las Vegas and need a great Brazilian restaurant, search no more. This is it!
Early this week I had severe headache and high fever so I rushed into the ER. I was diagnosed with meningitis and hospitalized. I will review the ER and the Hospital separately.
Bare in mind this is my first ER&Hospital encounter in the US so I can't compare.
The wait time was very good. I was seen by a doctor in around 15mins or less. Everyone was very polite and professional.
They did a lot of tests, even a spinal tap and I think they did an amazing job. Within few hours I was diagnosed with meningitis (a very rare disease) and hospitalized. Overall rating of ER - 5/5. Fast, efficient, everyone very friendly (doctors, nurses, administration).
I was hospitalized in a private room and I asked if my wife can be with me. They agreed and even provided a bed for her so she can sleep next to me, which was a great deal of relief for me, given that this was my first time being hospitalized and it was for a disease that had 37% mortality rate. Just allowing my most loved person to be with me made a world of difference for my emotional state.
The room was small, but clean and they provided me with blankets, pillows, personal hygiene accessories, TV and free high speed wifi. I had a private bathroom and shower too.
The nurses were great. Very friendly, always asked me if I need anything, if I am in pain etc. I noticed that calling for a nurse will sometimes take them long time to come (like 15-30min) but I guess they were just very busy.
My biggest complaint would be the bed - it SUCKED! Prior to they hospitalization I had a spinal tap procedure which has super strong headache as a side effect. The bed was so uncomfortable that in a few hours my back would hurt more than my head and let me tell you - the head hurts a lot! I could barely sleep around 2hrs at night because of the bed.
Anyways I was discharged yesterday and overall, while the whole thing was a terrible experience the nurses and doctors at Saint Francis Memorial Hospital did a fantastic job!!!27/08/2014 Thank you for your Yelp review. They seem fine and under different circumstances I would've given them better rating...
Here is what happened:
I got diagnosed with Bronchitis, and I am a week on antibiotics. Things didn't seem to improve so I went back to Golden Gate Urgent Care. Now on top of the coughing I also had a terrible headache and some fever. So they checked me again and said it's just a migraine and I should be fine. Later that day my condition worsened rapidly and I rushed into the ER of Saint Francis Memorial Hospital. They did a lot of tests and found out I had a meningitis. A life threatening disease. I was hospitalized and now my condition is improving every day.
So if I just listened to the doctors at Golden Gate Urgent Care I may have died, therefore the bad rating.
I would still use them for minor stuff like cold/flu, food poisoning etc, but I would always be alert and second guess their opinion from now on.01/09/2014 Under the Health Information Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), my professional… En savoir plus
