Such a cool place! Loved all the decor and the vibes. Dinner was great- portions were the biggest we had the entire time we were in Paris. Then we went to the bar for a post-dinner drink, which was a fun vibe! Next time will come for brunch!

Fun large space with good drinks and good energy. Both inside and outside seating. Hidden entrance through shop

Was here for a special event at the end of last year and it didn't disappoint. The staff were friendly, the food was good, and the space was large and welcoming. It's just off the Canal so it's easy to get to. Probably a pricier place than I would normally attend if the food and drinks weren't free :-)

Incredible place.. the drinks are delicious, the staff is friendly, and the ambience is out of this world. I've been multiple times -- for evening drinks and for a night out. My friends and I usually split a pitcher, which is definitely a good size for three people. The ti-punch is great, as is their cucumber fruit punch. The space is super welcoming and comfortable. You'll even probably see some tour groups wandering through since this has become kind of a legendary establishment in the neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Hard to find any redeeming factors: ... half the main courses and several starters were unavailable at 8.45pm, waiter went awol for 45 minutes, drinks sat on the bar for ten minutes before being served, cocktail watered down, never offered drinks refills in 90 minutes, I've seen better Mac and cheese out of a $1 prepackaged box (it was $40!!), it was a treasure hunt to find the elusive lobster in said Mac and cheese ... probably better not to have found it given how tough it was, grilled octopus could have been better used as shoelaces it was so tough, ... and waiter incensed when we said it was poor service!! Oh ... redeeming factor? .. there are plenty of other establishments close by who were happy to provide great food and great service at a great price! Give "the general counter" a general miss ... so many other Parisienne eateries to enjoy

Thoroughly enjoyed my time in Paris recently and this bar was an absolute highlight. The place gets so packed on the night we went, maybe not to some prepared for something quieter but once the cocktails were in and consumed this place is hard to beat.
Highly recommend it if you're local to the area.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - 4111022710 août 2016
A great place to experience a night out in Paris, especially as a starting point - as it closes at 2am if you're down for a big night out go early (the line gets really long) then head on over to Pigalle for a late one.
My friends and I used to come here quite often and loved it - but of late it's a bit more crowded which tends to ruin the relaxed vibe. However, if you've never been I would recommend a one time visit (at least)!
Whilst it can be expensive when you and a group of friends each buy drinks - it's better to buy the bottle of thier specialty punch, to share, which tastes great (rum based and I'm not even a rum fan) and is super strong and goes down easily (so be warned).Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Nicole K.Brooklyn, États-Unis24636335 nov. 2016
traveling to paris solo gave me the luxury to explore the beautiful city at my own pace and how I pleased. strolling around one afternoon I wandered into one of the most unique and chill bars I have ever seen. I loved the island vibes. after choosing a drink, I order from the bartender and he had great energy! I was so happy to find this somewhat hidden spot, you have to walk off the road and down a bit further. time slows down a little bit and lets you relax, kind of like transporting to island time. fantastic spot to hang out, drink, draw, and meet new people. music was spot on.

Great spot for a drink after work, or to spend a lazy Sunday afternoon with a cocktail or two (or a pitcher!). Very cool, somewhat hidden location. The decor is *almost* painfully hipster, but don't let that dissuade. Drinks are excellent and (relatively speaking) somewhat reasonably priced. Service can be a little slow if it's packed, but worth it for the vibe of the place.

I was not impressed by the drink menu. There was nothing special on it. The bathrooms are absolutely gross but the rest of the place was ok. I would have enjoyed it better if there were better menu items.
