Super!
What a gem in the city of Lyon, Paris! When you are visiting France and you have had enough of chocolate croissants and eclairs, cheeses, salami and baguettes and you are trying to find a different type of food, try this place! The falafel was amazing and was so good especially after being so tired from walking around the city. My next visit to Lyon, I will definitely stop by again!

This was a great lunch during our trip to Lyon. We ordered falafel, shawarma, and moussaka and everything was delicious and cheap. The wait staff was kind and patient with us as non French speakers.

Loved this casual Lebanese diner. Lots on offer for vegetarians and vegans. Seating inside and out, and a central location, with long opening hours. They even offered to charge my phone for me. Great food and service, and excellent value for money. Would go again.

Not bad - that's a good way to describe Le Roi Falafel. I came for lunch with a friend and had a plate with all the basic vegetarian Lebanese selections: falafel, hummus, baba ghanoush, stuffed grape leaves, and tabouli. It was all fine - nothing amazing, but not bad either. It cost about 12€ and I was full afterwards. My friend got these tiny pastries that were quite good also. They were like blinis (tiny pancakes) wrapped around a sort of sweet cheese and topped with ground pistachios. They were definitely the most interesting part of the meal.
The guy who took our order and brought our food was very nice and the restaurant was small but clean. Everything about my experience there was average. So forgettable, in fact, that I had to look through my wallet to find the card I snagged in order to remember the name!
I might return at some point. If my review changes then, I'll certainly update it. But right now: meh.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0
