Mobile Fence

Just received a quote for a job. He came out and kept me posted on his arrival. He was very thorough and offered some suggestions that I hadn't thought of.

DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS COMPANY. They care nothing for the customer. Traveling from California and after many conversations over the phone, I was hoping to secure a fence around my investment property in Mobile. The representative was so unknowledgeable about the city rules and specifications. He admitted he didn't bother with anything until he was on his way over to meet me. After I was back in CA, I did call and complain to the owner, but was treated with nothing but excuses and disrespect. I wasted close to $ 800.00 on a wasted, pointless trip.

If I could give this establishment -5 stars I would.

I called to get a quote on some fencing on a three-acre piece of property. I was a customer in the past and had some black vinyl chain link fence installed approximately 500 feet on one side of my property. It was during COVID and materials were hard to get per the owner, so had to wait 10 months to get the job done. The fence was installed, with no issues. I called on June 23, 2022, to get a new estimate on a new job for some more fencing on my property and was told that the company would call me the following week to get someone to call and schedule to come out for a quote. I even told the lady in the office I have Monday and Tuesday off and those days work best for me. Never received a call until today two weeks later July 6, 2022, and have already had fence installation in progress by another local company. Another local company came out the next day and gave me a quote and has materials in stock and the fence will be completely installed in less time than they could call back to schedule a quote. A possible return customer who used the company in the past did not even factor into the equation. I would recommend not using this company.

Really frustrated with this company! My boyfriend called them over a week ago, just to get a day when they could give an estimate to fix a fence, but after initially stating they would get back to him, they never replied. Clearly their word means nothing, so avoid!!

Tried to get some pricing to repair my gate, the website says free estimates. The woman called me back and had an attitude. She said no matter what, I had to pay $100 JUST for them to come look at the gate. She said they don't do quotes, they just come out and do the repairs and charge us. Will never be doing business with them in the future and I will advise everyone against using them.
