The salad was so fresh that I could almost taste the garden! Blame the overly commercialized agricultural practice in the US. For the first time, I experienced what fresh cucumbers and tomatoes are supposed to taste like!
Saj is a thoughtfully curated space that serves earthy salads and mouthwatering Lebanese flatbreads. My favorite was definitely the cheese flatbread. It feels airy and blissfully cheesy all in one bite.
The cafe is a must stop for light breakfast and afternoon coffee/snacks. I can't wait to be back!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Sharon V.Chicago, États-Unis311493626 juin 2018
Saj is a very unique restaurant located in Vieux Nice. This is vegetarian/vegan friendly restaurant with plenty of delicious options to choose from. It is a Lebanese flatbread consisting of various fillings of your choice. I got the feta cheese with wild aromates and my friends got the artichoke hearts with pine nuts. We were all happy with our meals and appreciated its lightness and freshness. Friendly service, clean restaurant, and central location.

Loved this place. So glad we discovered it. Owner is kind as can be and the food was exceptional. In a town where a lot of places serve the same old thing, this was a welcomed respite.

Quaint little vegan/ veg place. Reasonable prices and so so fresh. The owner is a French-Canadian who speaks perfect English and French! He had great honest recommendations on the menu. 10/10 on food quality and great service. Would recommend for anyone looking for something a little different in Nice. I'm not even a full vegetarian and we loved everything we ate. Go give this man the business he deserves because it was fantastic!!!!

Tucked into the Old City with a tastefully hip yet quaint vibe, I LOVED this place. The food is fresh, delicious and unique, the menu has plenty of options and the owner, Danny, is a wonderful host. A native from Lebanon (speaks English and French fluently), Danny has brought authentic Lebanese recipes from small villages straight to Nice. If you happen to walk by in the AM, you'll see him hand preparing the day's food from scratch! I was in nice 3 days and had dinner here 2 out of the 3. If you're looking for a break from the heavy French food and tourist traps or if you're vegetarian inclined, definitely stop by SAJ.
