Absolutely the best bike store in the Kaiserslautern area. The service is absolutely above reproach. The are friendly and super helpful and several of them speak English. They do not attempt to upswell you are lead you to purchase more than what you need fir your level of experience. They are also eager to order in what you need if they do not currently have it in stock. Just awesome all around Customer Service.

Very friendly and very helpful. I love the fact that if possible they fix the bike on the spot and send you on your way again. I have been riding twice and had to stop both times they fixed it and I could continue my ride.

Check the work before you leave the store. They replaced a screw on my brake caliper with a cotter pin. I think that this may be because they have some very young guys doing some of the basic maintenance. Overall the more complicated work was done by the best technician who very much knew what he was doing. He was able to bleed a notoriously difficult brake set that three others had tried unsuccessfully to fix. Good prices as well.

This bike shop is great! Their prices are reasonable and their work quality, It is worth the drive to find such a great shop for my bikes.

Best place in the ktown area for buying a bike or bike parts. Good service and good prices. They speak English and accept VAT forms.
