Ordered a large sausage, mushroom and red pepper pizza, which was delivered relatively quickly. The pizza crust was soggy and inedible.

We are staying here for 5 days as a reciprocal member (we stayed here last summer as well). I have 2 young children and staying in a junior suite.

-- The room is very nice and updated, and the wifi works well and is fast.
-- We had a lunch reception here with family and friends and the NYAC team was very friendly and easy to work with. Zero issues on execution and the food and beverages were very good.
-- We also had drinks at the bar on the 11th floor and service and drinks were very good.
-- My wife used the workout facilities and said it was quite nice.

Overall, the staff and service quality has been top notch, friendly and efficient. Non staff people around (presumably members and guests) have been very friendly and welcoming.

I specifically mentioned that I have my 2 children (6 and 3 years old) with me because we have not had any issues about dress code or staff asking us to keep them in order (they are pretty well behaved but can be loud and boisterous as children naturally are). Highly recommend alternative to any NYC hotel.

Visiting from San Francisco via reciprocal club privilege. Dinner for 4 including my wife and 2 young children. Arrived right before sunset. The front desk and the dining room hostess were super nice. We were seated at the corner table on the balcony of the deck. Dinner was great and they were very nice about our children (felt like they were totally used to it). The kind hostess visited our table to make sure we were having a good time. The wait staff was attentive and timely. Two absolute wins: The hostess told us to wait til 730pm for the fireworks show (Fridays, put on by the Hilton Hawaiian Village) and the build your own s'mores. Never felt pressure to leave our primo spot and the staff was super nice to our children. The kicker? Club pricing for drinks--$4.95 for a martini! Where in Honolulu can you get that, considering you are sitting on a balcony over the beach looking at the lights of Waikiki? Next time, we will stay at the Kahala and dine at the Outrigger. Superb!
